“Delicately aromatic with orange blossom, beeswax and dabs of lemon zest, juice and pith all mingling with some creamy, nutty lees (not much, just like a seasoning) and spicy oak. There’s a neat tug of phenolics yet this remains super tight thanks to its acid profile, which reins in the wine. It’s mouth-watering, refreshing, with a certain level of detail and complexity.
