The armagnac is very clear and bright. On the nose are revealed pastry notes of biscuit and toast. Thereafter we distinguish the slight vanilla fig. The palate has a nice range, the attack is rather soft for its age and well balanced, include roasted tones and licorice. The finish is on the sugar with some caramel notes.
