3. Promo code is applicable for one-time usage only. No refund shall be made for any unused value.
4. Promo code is applicable for wine and spirit products only. It is not applicable for shipping/delivery fee.
5. E-voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for resale.
6. Crystal Wines reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any e-voucher for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other policies violations.
