Intense golden yellow in colour, notes of banana, pineapple, candied lemon peel and candied fruit on the nose with a hint of vanilla, cinnamon and white chocolate. The flavour is fruity, very rich and dense with a balanced acidity structure, tones of ripe fruit in a slightly salty finish.
