“Based on 2021 and including 30% reserve wines, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs pours a brilliant yellow hue and is gorgeous on the nose, with candied lemon, Williams pear eau-de-vie, green apple, fresh brioche, and elegant chalky minerality. Full-bodied but focused, it has layered depth and tremendous refinement, with an incredibly fine, cloud-like mousse and no harsh bitterness.” – Jeb Dunnuck 95 Points
