Grown on the volcanic slopes of Tengchong, this oolong is toasty and dry with layers of alpine grass and nutty depth. Pan-toasted after harvest and aged on charred Yunnan oak, it shows remarkable structure and complexity. The palate is refined and mineral-driven, with Champagne-like finesse.
