The ripe 2015 vintage gives this Gevrey Premier Cru a seductive core of black cherry and wild strawberry, lifted by violet and sweet spice. Smooth fruit is countered by a mineral, earthy backbone and fine tannic grip. The palate grows more savoury with air. Richly expressive but still composed, with a long Burgundy finish.
