Barbe Rac, is a rich and fleshy wine with notes of herbs, spice and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and warm with exceptional density and incredible length. Croix de Bois, with its notes of black fruit and blackberry, is something of an outlier for the region. It boasts distinctive kirsch aromas and remarkable finesse, with a silky palate and warm tannins.
