All these values make up a rich and complex patchwork of stories, elegant olden tales that sometimes get lost over time, like the ones our grandparents might have told us in front of a warm fireplace on cold winter nights, sharing their feelings, their attachment to the land and its sovereign rules, traditions, and a respect for past and future generations.
60 hectares of vineyards
100% organic, managed by expert farmers and agronomists whose aim is to make high-quality wines that get their start between these rows. Quality is the main goal from the very beginning, throughout the growth and production cycle – starting with pruning, budding, blooming, fruit set, veraison (when the grapes begin to change color), cluster thinning, harvest and finally, the selection of the grapes. All this, taking into account the correct phenolic and aromatic ripening, leading to the perfect balance between sugars and acidity and just the right amount of anthocyanins, tannins, and aromas.

Behind each label there is a special terroir: ancient, safeguarded, coddled, and enriched by constant research, love, precision, and respect for the environment. We pick each grape by hand, first in the vineyard, then on a conveyer belt, where professionals select every single grape, keeping only those perfect in shape, size, and ripeness. This meticulous craftsmanship guarantees consistent quality across every vintage. The common thread found in all our wines is elegance and uncompromising quality, our mission, our philosophy.
