Our website is based in Singapore , and currently, the SMS login option only supports Singapore local phone numbers (+65) . If you’re using an overseas number, please choose “Login/Sign Up with Email” instead.
3. I'm currently overseas—how should I Log In/Sign Up
If you’re outside of Singapore , please use the “Login with Email” option. The SMS login is only available to users with Singapore-registered mobile numbers.
4. Can I use both SMS and email to Log In/Sign Up?
Yes! If your account is linked to both your Singapore phone number and email , you can use either option. Just keep in mind that SMS login only works with Singapore numbers.
