“The 2019 Zaha Malbec was co-fermented with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot from Altamira with 15% full clusters and indigenous yeasts and matured for 15 months in 500-liter oak barrels, 15% of them new. While riper, this is fresher than the 2017 I tasted last time, and it has harmony and integration of the oak, showing a faint note of spices on the finish. The palate is silky, juicy and very balanced, with clean and focused flavors. 24,000 bottles produced.” – Wine Advocate 92 Points
