“The 2019 Teho Malbec was sourced from an old vineyard panted in 1955 in La Consulta where Malbec is interplanted with up to eight or 10 other varieties in the vineyard that represent about 20% of the blend. All the grapes fermented together with 45% full clusters and natural yeasts and matured for 15 months in 500-liter oak barrels, 20% of them new. It has contained ripeness and a harmonious, nuanced but somewhat shy nose. It’s medium to full-bodied with floral notes, juicy and complex, leaving a very fresh sensation after you swallow.” – Wine Advocate 94 Points
