Just like light and shadow, experts have argued at length whether Domaine de Chevalier’s rouge or blanc will triumph. The rouge is powerfully structured yet elegant, with a fruity soul and woody notes; the blanc features a deep complexity alongside vibrant acidity. We do know Antonio Galloni‘s preference though, for he has said that the blanc is “perhaps the reference point, for dry white wine in Bordeaux. Don’t miss it!”
