We are bringing to you Australia’s best with an Italian twist – straight from McLaren Vale! The region has laid claim to some of the greatest expressions of the country’s flagship grape, the Shiraz, with an effortless elegance and spicy complexity influenced by its Mediterranean climate.
With their ethos of “forte e gentile”, meaning strong and gentle, Mitolo successfully crafted world-class Shiraz that is both strong in the flavour profile, yet with a gentle elegance that makes it very approachable and enjoyable even on its own.
