This is somewhat more imposing than the G.A.M, with deep blue and black fruits, spiced plum and dark cherry clad in oak (85% new French, 5% new American). There’s a lusciousness to the palate, but it’s paired with savoury tension, with clove, anise, cured meat, coal dust and a rugged earthiness accenting.
