Akashi Old Sherry Butt 8 Year Old 500ml

Akashi Sherry Cask was distilled in July of 2010 and is a lightly peated malt. It is aged in Pedro Ximenez and finished Oloroso Sherry Casks. On the nose, black cherries, balsamic and autumn spice with hints of smoke prevail. The palate is all ginger bread, Mandarin oranges, and sherry with elements of peppermint and leather on the finish.
