This highly exalted region of Bordeaux became the envy of the world.

If the topography and architecture of Pomerol are typical, the style of its wines is anything but. Pomerol produces one of the most sensual and velvety wines we can ever imagine. One can refer to Merlot as a chameleon. Merlot expresses itself in numerous permutations and quality, but the best expression of Pomerols are supremely supple, silky, juicy, lush, intense and complex.
