About this event
Edouard Duval comes from the famous Duval-Leroy family dynasty, which has been producing champagne for six generations. In 2000, Edouard took over the ownership and management of his family estate, Domaine Sainte Eulalie, with one goal: an innovative approach that works as close to nature as possible to produce champagne with an emphasis on terroir.
The estate was one of the first to receive the sustainable and green certifications of “Haute Valeur Environmentale (HVE)” and “Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC)”. Partially fermented and aged in Burgundian Demi-Muids with very low dosage and intervention, Edouard Duval’s champagnes are characterized by their delicate fruit: subtle, floral, elegant, delicate, rather feminine but with a penetrating, long-lasting aroma.
These are champagnes that are out to make a difference, and we love them for it!
